Palate cleanser (Happy Dog)

Just my dog kickin’, rollin’, and partaking in his favorite beach life shenanigans.

Rooey James Dio was rescued in Nampa, ID at 1.5 after being dumped at the rail road tracks. He is a 9 year old American Bully/Pitbull mix. He loves beef stew, cheeseburgers, his grandma, and disembowling stuffed animals.

We moved to the beach in 2022, and hoped this water-cautious little man would enjoy it.

It’s his favorite thing in the world and I’m forever stoked I was able to give my dog the ultimate life: Beach Life.

Dog’s kick (sometimes after doing their business) to spread their scent, and they also have scent glands in their feet. They use these scents to mark their territory and let other dogs know they’ve been there. It’s considered a form of canine communication.
